Identity... The Puzzle Vs. The Pyramid 

We've all been tempted to define ourselves by what we do. Maybe you were the best on the team, the straight-A student, or the company president. And for a while, maybe it worked. You looked around and thought you had made it.

But what happened? Someone better come along; you made your first B. The company collapsed. The examples are endless, but in that moment, you're forced to ask, "Who am I?"

This is the puzzle vs. the pyramid moment: either you can keep climbing, trying to get back up to the top (only to be replaced again) or you can say, "I am unique and only I can fill this role, so I will serve and love the people around me."
