ASLAN Training & Development is promoting Jesse Rome to President, effective August 19, 2026. Tom Stanfill continues to lead ASLAN as CEO and Co-Founder, with Rome now overseeing the strategy and execution that will help the company scale to meet growing demand for its Other-Centered® approach.
Rome has spent more than three years at ASLAN, most recently as Vice President of Training and Solutions, where he oversaw a global network of facilitators across more than 20 countries and led development of ASLAN+, the company's AI-powered coaching and enablement platform.
"Since the day ASLAN was founded, our vision has been to build a company that does more than teach people to sell. Jesse has consistently shown the leadership, character, and vision it takes to lead ASLAN into its next chapter. This decision was an easy one," said Stanfill.
For Rome, the new title comes second to what he's chasing. "I couldn't be more bullish on our future," he said. "My focus as President is simple: amplify what makes ASLAN unique and scale us to grow faster than we ever have.
